By using Tahaddi Al Majlis, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or sold. You can permanently delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → My Account or on the public /delete-account page in a browser.
Tickets and gameplay
In-app tickets are for gameplay and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash between players. Your store shows the purchase price in its currency before you confirm. Tickets are added after the purchase is verified. Refunds can be requested from Apple or Google according to store terms and applicable rights. When a refund is confirmed, the available tickets associated with that purchase are removed once. If some have been used, the case is reviewed without creating a negative balance, automatically deducting future purchases, or taking away free play allocations. Automated tools and exploits used to obtain tickets or advantages are prohibited.
Conduct
Offensive or otherwise prohibited content and names are not allowed. We may suspend or ban accounts that break the rules to protect other players. You can report or block players and manage blocked accounts through player actions. Blocking limits direct interaction and player content in the relevant game context; an ongoing match may finish while preserving participants’ results.
Changes
We may update these terms. Updates take effect when published in the app and on this page.
