Account Deletion

Request deletion of your Tahaddi Al Majlis account and associated data here, even if the app is no longer installed. We verify account ownership before deleting anything.
What is deleted?
The existing deletion function removes the sign-in account, email, login identities and sessions, profile, wallet and tickets, friend and block relationships, active leaderboard entries, and other account-linked records in Supabase.
What may remain?
Match results needed for other players remain after your name is replaced with “Former player” and your account ID is detached. Closed-season snapshots may retain a frozen display name. Limited transaction and settlement records and technical markers may remain to prevent duplicate ticket grants or restoration of deleted data. Older data may remain in restricted backups and logs until their retention cycle ends. Cleanup of pending game-server logs and caches can be delayed by connectivity failures.
Retention period
The RevenueCat App User ID is kept temporarily in a private server queue until RevenueCat accepts the erasure request or confirms the customer is absent; it is then removed from the queue. The current project policy does not publish one fixed retention period for the other records or backups, so we cannot give a deletion date. Contact us about a specific record and its retention period.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a store purchase or request a refund from Apple or Google.
After Supabase account deletion succeeds, our server requests erasure of the customer and purchase history in RevenueCat using the verified account ID captured before deletion. If the request fails temporarily, the private server queue retries it. The app and game server do not explicitly set account ID or email fields in Sentry, but crash events may contain technical device or network details or error text; we do not describe them as fully anonymous. This deletion flow does not send a separate erasure request to Sentry, Apple, or Google, whose records may follow their own retention policies.

Delete your account in a browser
Enter your account sign-in details and confirm the request. Entering an email alone does not delete anything; the authentication service verifies your password first.
